The purpose of this notification is to inform you of the changes carried out to the three Demolition, Excavation and Building Works forms of the method statements. The new forms are in line with Schedule 4, 5 and 6 of the Subsidiary Legislation 623.06 and should guide and facilitate the work of the architects when submitting all the required information. This will result in faster processing of the statements by the Authority’s reviewers.
Hence, the Authority urges you to discard the old templates and start using the new method statement templates found on the Building and Construction Authority’s website on the ‘Application Info’ at this link https://bca.org.mt/application-info/
