Scope of Education Unit

Since BCA took over BICC’s responsibilities in terms of education and skill certification, BCA has kept the same status as an educational institution. One of the tasks that the section has, is to monitor and co-ordinate with other accredited educational institutions providing services to the construction industry. The education section within BCA aims to increase the standards and educational level of all employees within the building and construction industry. Supporting skills development is one of the main responsibilities of this unit. Other goals include encouraging employees to sharpen and upgrade their skills, as well as addressing skill gaps within the industry through various courses offered by the Building and Construction Authority.
