Final Completion Certificates

The Building and Construction Authority wishes to inform that starting from August 1st, 2024, all final completion certificates submitted by the Perit in Charge must be accompanied by photographic evidence demonstrating that all structural works are finished and the building is sealed against water ingress. The Authority emphasizes that using temporary material to close apertures will not be accepted and the final completion certificate will only be accepted only if the photographic evidence shows that permanent doors and windows are installed.
