The Building and Construction Authority has issued a circular in conjunction with the Planning Authority (PA) and the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) in relation to the Construction Management Site Regulations S.L. 623.08. This Subsidiary Legislation came into force on the 16th December 2022 and can be found on our website under the heading Regulations. The purpose of this circular is to inform periti of the new guidelines that will come into force on the 1st January 2023.
